1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StratLoft (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. StratLoft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

StratLoft is a decision-support and financial education platform. It provides market health scoring, opportunity evaluation tools, portfolio intelligence, and behavioral risk analysis for educational and informational purposes only. StratLoft is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

3. Not Investment Advice

All content, scores, signals, recommendations, analysis, and information provided by StratLoft are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information provided by StratLoft. Always consult a qualified financial professional.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify StratLoft immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis as applicable. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Founding Member purchases are non-refundable. Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. StratLoft reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, scoring algorithms, engine logic, and software are the proprietary intellectual property of StratLoft. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent. The names StratLoft, Trust Engine™, Member Stress Index™, Vacation Test™, Market Health Engine™, Decision Engine™, Opportunity Engine™, and Evidence Engine™ are proprietary.

8. Prohibited Use

• —You may not use the Platform to provide investment advice to third parties.
• —You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content or scores.
• —You may not attempt to reverse-engineer any scoring algorithm or methodology.
• —You may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• —You may not resell access to any part of the Platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratLoft and its founders, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
