• —Waitlist data: email, name, and trading preferences submitted via our waitlist form.
• —Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. StratLoft does not store credit card numbers.
• —Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and error logs (via Sentry).

2. How We Use Your Information

• —To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• —To personalize your experience based on your stated preferences.
• —To process payments and manage your subscription.
• —To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts, access notifications).

• —We share data with Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring) as necessary to operate the platform.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

• —Correction: You may update your profile data directly within the Platform.
• —Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how members use the Platform. See our Cookie Policy for details. You may opt out of analytics cookies without affecting core functionality.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication (Clerk), and row-level security in our database. No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@stratloft.com immediately.

8. Children

StratLoft is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at legal@stratloft.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
